Official Codification and Commentaries ( 1993-1995 Oceana Publications, Inc. ISBN 0379-101831). The "Official Codification" was the first official English language reference source on new (post-perestroyka) Russian laws, used by the US Courts, British Courts and international public institutions.

Author of a numerous articles on US-Russian legal issues in The Russian Justice, an official magazine of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Author and Editor of The Russian Perspective, an English language professional publication on Russian law, judicial system, economy and politics published by Oceana Publications Inc. (1993-1994),

Participated in the drafting of the new Russian banking legislation. (1994) for the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
